Order Processing

All products sold through ICE242 are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Production typically takes between 2–5 business days before the item is shipped.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal shipping volumes.

ICE242 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over for delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. ICE242 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
