All products sold through ICE242 are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item.
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order, as items are produced specifically for each order and cannot be exchanged for sizing issues.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, we will gladly correct the issue.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing the claim, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund where appropriate.
Because products are manufactured on demand, replacements are typically issued instead of traditional returns.
Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ICE242 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
